Una joined Birketts in September 2024, and is currently in her second seat with the Administrative and Public Law Disputes Team in our Cambridge office.
Una assists the team with work in the following areas:
- Administrative and public law litigation (including Procurement Disputes and Judicial Review).
- Education dispute management (including student issues).
- Charities (disputes and regulatory issues).
Una completed her first seat in our Agriculture Team. She assisted with a broad range of property work including renewable energy projects, agricultural tenancies, farm and land acquisitions and disposals and farming partnership work.
Una previously read History at the University of Cambridge. Subsequently, she obtained Distinctions in both her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and her LLM Legal Practice (SQE1+2).
Prior to joining Birketts, Una worked as a Paralegal at a specialist family law firm in London.
