Robyn Barstow

Robyn joined Birketts in October 2023 after building almost five years’ experience in housing management at another firm.

Robyn is based in the Sevenoaks office and is a member of the Social Housing Team.

Robyn is experienced in assisting with:

• Recovery of rent/service charge arrears
• Advising and assisting with various leasehold and tenancy matters
• Assisting clients at all stages of possession and forfeiture proceedings
• Defence of disrepair claims

Robyn graduated from University of Winchester in 2016 with 2:1 in Law and then completed LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law at University of Southampton. Robyn previously volunteered at Citizens Advice as a generalist advisor. Outside of work Robyn enjoys gardening, art and videogaming.
