Phillippa qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in November 2024 at a regional Residential Conveyancing Law Firm.
Her role at Birketts includes handling the refinance or purchase of commercial, semi-commercial or Buy to Let properties from a lending perspective.
Phillippa began her career in Law in 2021 and has just over three years experience in residential conveyancing.
She graduated from the University of Essex with an undergraduate Law Degree in 2020 and then went on to do her Legal Practise Course and Masters Degree at the University of Law.
