Nathan is a Solicitor within the Banking & Finance Team.
He previously trained at a top 50 UK law firm before moving to Birketts’ following the completion of his training contact.
Nathan obtained an undergraduate degree in Law (LLB) before commencing his postgraduate studies at the University of Law. He has successfully completed the Legal Practice Course alongside a MSc in Law, Business and Management covering various areas including Corporate Finance.
Nathan works on a variety of different financing transactions acting for both borrower and lender including conventional lending transactions, refinance transactions, corporate acquisition financing, real estate financing and education sector financing. Nathan is also part of Birketts’ technological steering group playing a pivotal part in the firm’s progression towards technological advancement and overall efficiency.
