She has recently completed a Masters of Law at University College London and focused her dissertation on private international law (specifically, jurisdictional issues in cross-border disputes).
Prior to completing her Masters of Law, Milana worked as an associate in the global disputes team in a major global firm in Brisbane, Australia. She specialises in complex disputes in the energy, resources and construction sectors’.
Recent work highlights
Prior to Birketts, Milana worked in the global disputes team in a major global law firm on a billion-dollar international engineering and construction dispute concerning the construction of gas and mining operations.
