Lucy is a Solicitor in the Corporate Team at Birketts, based in our Ipswich office.
Lucy advises clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and group restructures. Lucy also advises on general corporate matters, such as the incorporation of companies, directors’ and shareholders’ rights, articles of association, board meetings and transfers of shares.
Lucy works with a diverse range of clients across different industry sectors, with a focus on agribusiness, landed estates, viticulture and food and beverage.
Having joined Birketts in 2018, Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023.
Lucy is fluent in Spanish.
