Lili joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024 and is currently in her second seat, sitting in the Real Estate Finance Team in Norwich.
Lili’s first seat was with the Corporate Team in Norwich, where she assisted the team on a range of corporate matters, including disposals and acquisitions, re-organisations, and general company law matters.
Prior to joining Birketts, Lili graduated from the University of Durham, with a 2.1 in Law. She then studied the LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) at the University of Law in Nottingham, where she passed both SQE1 and SQE2. Lili completed and enjoyed all her electives in Employment Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Commercial & International Trade.
