Kye is a Solicitor in the Charities Team at Birketts, having trained with the firm and qualified into the team in March 2025.
Kye assists his client with any issues that may materialise throughout the life-cycle of a charity, whether that’s advice around internal governance arrangements, liaising with the Charity Commission, or helping a charity to restructure. Kye also assisted with academy conversions and re-brokerings.
Prior to qualifying into the Charities Team, Kye spent two years as a Paralegal in our Corporate Team. Kye then went on to completed his training contract with Birketts, completing seats with our Charities Team, Employment Team and Employee Incentives Team.
