Helen is a Partner in the Norwich Private Client Advisory Team.
Helen was admitted as a Solicitor in 2006 and joined Birketts in September 2019.
Helen has over 20 years’ experience in Private Client law including tax and succession planning for high net worth clients, complex estate administrations including Deeds of Variation where appropriate, the creation and administration of Trusts, Wills and Powers of Attorney. She also has experience of being Court appointed independent Personal Representative in contentious probate matters, working alongside our Private Wealth Disputes Team.
Helen is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) having passed the diploma with distinction. Helen is Secretary of the Norwich and Norwich STEP Committee which arranges up to date training and seminars for their members.
Helen is also a Trustee of Big C.
Helen is based in our Norwich office.
