Harriet joined Birketts in March 2025 and is an Associate in the Employment Team, based in the Sevenoaks office.
Harriet provides employment advice to employers and senior executives in all aspects of employment law and on a variety of contentious and non contentious matters.
Harriet provides pragmatic advice on day to day employment law and HR issues from drafting contracts and policies to advice on performance management, disciplinaries, redundancies and settlement agreements. She has particular experience in advising on and commercially resolving discrimination claims as well as more recently providing strategic commercial advice when negotiating TUPE clauses for outsourcing contracts.
Harriet qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has previously worked in both private practice at boutique commercial firms and also in house for a large staff association.
