Hannah Findlay

Hannah joined Birketts in September 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor and is currently undertaking her second seat with the Corporate Team in Cambridge.

Hannah’s first seat was in the Banking and Finance Team, advising both lenders and borrowers in all aspects of general corporate lending and real estate finance transactions.

Prior to joining Birketts, Hannah studied English with Creative Writing at the University of Nottingham. Since then, she has completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and received a Distinction in the LLM Legal Practice (SQE1 & 2). In her LLM, she elected to focus on the key practice areas of Advanced Real Estate, Commercial and International Trade, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Hannah previously worked in a leading commercial-chancery set in London.
