Emma-Constance joined Birketts July 2022 as a Paralegal our Commercial Real Estate Team.
The team advises on all aspects of commercial property law, including advising both landlords and tenants in relation to a range of leasehold matters and advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property. The team also provides strategic land advice to both developer and landowner clients on a range of strategic land matters in connection with the acquisition and/or disposal of land for development purposes. Amongst a wide range of matters, the team is proud to offer advice on promotion agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements.
Prior to joining Birketts Emma-Constance worked at a law firm in Great Yarmouth focusing mainly on residential conveyancing and gaining some experience in commercial property transactions. She studied LLB Law at The University of East Anglia, graduating in 2018 with a 2:1 and continued on and obtained a Master’s Degree in International Commercial and Business Law graduating in 2020 with a Merit and completed the Legal Practice Course finishing with a Distinction in 2021.
