Emily is a Trainee Solicitor in her second seat with our Private Client Advisory Team in the Ipswich office.
Emily assists the team with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as the administration of estates.
In her first seat of her training contract, Emily sat with our Real Estate Investment Team in the Norwich office. During her time with the Real Estate Investment Team, Emily assisted with the asset management, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, and re-financing of large property portfolios.
Prior to joining Birketts in September 2024, Emily graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Law in 2022. She subsequently achieved a distinction in the LPC LLM in Legal Professional Practice from the University of Law in 2024.
