Ella is a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Dispute Resolution Team, based in our Ipswich office.
She previously worked in a local regional firm, joining Birketts in August 2022 as a Paralegal in our Charities Team.
Ella assists the team and advises both individual and corporate clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contractual and commercial disputes, indemnity claims, and claims arising from employment contracts. Ella also assists with defended debt recovery claims and insolvency proceedings, including bankruptcy.
She regularly volunteers at the Suffolk Law Centre Legal Advice Clinic.
