Dominic qualified as a Solicitor in December 2021 and joined Birketts in March 2025.
He is an Associate in the Residential Development Team and is based in our Sevenoaks office. Prior to joining Birketts, Dominic was an Associate at Freeths in the Housebuilding & Strategic Land Team based in Nottingham. He began his legal career as a Legal Assistant at Freeths in January 2018 in the same team, before starting his training contract in April 2020.
Dominic has a broad range of experience in the Residential Development sector, including site acquisitions and disposals, option agreements, overage deeds and sub-sale transactions. He has also dealt with public open space transfers and various infrastructure matters at residential development sites.
