Casca joined Birketts in March 2025 and is a Paralegal in our Social Housing Team. She is based in our Sevenoaks office.
Casca provides comprehensive support in housing-related matters, including client liaison, legal document drafting, caseload management, and assisting solicitors in delivering high-quality legal services. She handles complex housing issues such as possession claims, disrepair disputes, and tenancy enforcement. Casca is proficient in preparing case bundles and drafting legal documents for time-sensitive claims, ensuring strict adherence to court deadlines through effective communication with clients and counsel.
Originally from South Africa, Casca earned an LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2021, with multiple distinctions in key legal subjects. In 2022, she moved to the UK to advance her legal career and has since gained experience in litigation, legal drafting, legal research, insurance claims and case management.
Prior to her role at Birketts, Casca was a litigation team leader, managing a high volume of small, fast and multi-track motor and household insurance litigation claims.
