Alex joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024 and is currently in his second seat in the Employment Team in Ipswich.
He assists the team on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters for both employers and employees, including supporting clients with employment contracts, settlement agreements, disciplinary procedures, grievance issues, redundancy and employment tribunal claims.
