Lee is a Senior Associate in the Residential Development Team in our London office and joined Birketts in January 2021.
Lee is a transactional real estate lawyer specialising in residential development, acting for both private house builders, traditional Registered Providers and for-profit Registered Providers.
Lee has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of residential development with a specialism in affordable housing. Lee has been involved in the full lifecycle of mixed-use schemes from site acquisition through to the asset management of estates, disposals, and all transactional property work that arises during this process. This experience ranges across rural, urban and brownfield regeneration projects of various sizes including schemes of more than 10,000 units. Lee is also experienced acting on a broad range of commercial property transactions with a focus on landlord and tenant work.
