Birketts has announced the appointment of Patrick Wetherall as a Partner in its Bristol office.
Partrick, who was formerly Head of Real Estate, Developer Sector, and Board Member at Foot Anstey in Bristol, is a Band 1 leading Partner for property disputes in both Chambers and Legal 500.

Patrick has more than 25 years’ experience of all aspects of commercial property disputes, including in respect of high value £ multi-million development disputes, complex infrastructure issues, dilapidations and disrepair, contractual loss of profits, restrictive covenants, injunctions and easements. Patrick has extensive Court of Appeal, High Court trial, arbitration, and mediation experience.
