Birketts LLP has advised the shareholders of EnlightKS Holdings Limited on its sale to PSI Services LLC.
Leading law firm Birketts has advised the shareholders of EnlightKS Holdings Limited (EnlightKS), providers of eLearning and eAssessment, on its sale to PSI Services LLC (PSI), a US-based global leader in the assessment industry. The financial value of the deal was undisclosed.
Established in 1995, EnlightKS, delivers millions of tests annually and thousands of hours of learning and support to organisations in 26 countries from its offices in the UK and Sweden. The combination of EnlightKS and PSI extends both organisations’ product range and solutions reach.
Birketts advised on all legal matters. James Allen led the award-winning corporate teaam,with assistance being provided by Corinne Spencer (corporate).
