Birketts’ Corporate Team recently advised Lynn and Ian Walters, the selling management shareholders of Pure Resourcing Solutions (Pure), on a Management Buyout (MBO).
Founded in 2002 by Lynn and Ian, Pure is the leading professional recruitment company in the east of England. The MBO was led by David Culley, Jodie Woodrow, Ben Farrow, Scott Woodrow, and Annette Wyld, and marks an exciting new chapter in Pure’s journey.
The Birketts Team of Rachel Astill (Legal Director, Corporate) and Alexandra Nelson (Partner, Corporate) led the transaction, with support from Chloe Page (Trainee Solicitor, Corporate).
