Set up under the sponsorship of the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee, endorsed by the Lady Chief Justice and with the support of the Law Society, Bar Council and all major pro bono legal organisations, the Recognition List celebrates the valuable contribution of individual lawyers at firms and organisations of all sizes who provide pro bono legal help to those in need.
James Dinwiddy, Partner at Birketts and Pro Bono Lead said: “Increasing our pro bono work is a major target for Birketts, and we’re very pleased to see these colleagues recognised in the list. The total pro bono hours of these 15 colleagues alone is over 520 hours for 2024, with many more people from across the firm also dedicating their time to pro bono activities.”
